What is the opportunity?
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to fill the full-time role of Manager, Change Enablement for the Wealth Digital and Data team.
Focusing on the people side of change, the Manager, Change Enablement will help ensure all change initiatives delivered by the Wealth Digital and Data team (WD&D) team meet business objectives. In particular, this position will provide tactical support of changes occurring with our branch and client user bases related to the digital applications and services used by this user base.
What will you do?
- Work with the Change Enablement team, product members, project teams and functional partners to assess a program’s impact on people, process, and technology and to deliver on a holistic Change Enablement delivery plan.
- Assess change readiness, monitor, and track the effectiveness of change management activities and deliverables through adoption metrics, and present findings in a logical and easy to understand manner.
- Develop and manage change enablement documentation for Product and Program teams, and support of other stakeholders such as Training and Communications.
- Identify, train, coach, and prepare change influencers and agents to ensure they understand and are prepared to execute their role during the change process.
- Support the Senior Manager, Change Enablement in providing ongoing advice and counsel regarding change management practices, including the approach, strategy and change plan, and raising risks or issues promptly to program members.
- Facilitate Change Enablement workshops to extend change enablement capability across the team.
- Support the training and adoption of applications used to manage programs and change enablement activities (i.e. Confluence, Asana).
What do you need to suceed?
Must- have
Must-have
- Minimum BA/BS degree
- 3+ years Change Management experience
- Project management experience of Business-to-Business (B2B) or Business-to-Employee (B2E) software or digital application development programs
- Experience with, or awareness of Wealth Management businesses is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, and exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to work confidently with all levels of management and staff, with high impact and influence competencies
- Strong facilitation and presentation preparation and delivery skills
Nice-to-have
- Change Management professional designation (e.g. Prosci)
- Bi-lingual an asset
- Strong technical language capabilities are an asset
- Ability to anticipate needs, be resilient in challenging situations and persevere to get the job done
