Summary

As a Client Account Manager (CAM), you will help Execaire perform its contractual obligations and commitments to the best of its abilities by providing exceptional CLIENT service, financial support, and technical support, all of which to ensure optimization of client accounts. The incumbent will be designated its own portfolio of accounts and will be responsible for delivering the Service Excellence performance that Execaire strives to achieve.

Responsibilities

ACCOUNTS & CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT:

  • Intimately understand all CLIENT contracts and ensure they are being fulfilled legally, operationally, and financially
  • Assure proper compliance with contract Terms & Conditions
  • Work with the Client Account Administrator to ensure the timely and accurate renewal of internal and third-party aircraft contracts and subscription services
  • Actively use Salesforce.com (CRM database) to ensure accuracy of client customer accounts and aircraft profile data, as well as manage and drive client cases to closure
  • Provide different types of analyses as required by client and Execaire management
  • Manage all aircraft heavy maintenance events by coordinating with various departments and client’s senior management team
  • Handle all other ad hoc requests as they relate to the client and aircraft account
  • Assist as needed with new aircraft onboarding and aircraft exits

FINANCIAL REPORTING & ANALYSIS:

  • Prepare and present aircraft annual operating budgets, interim forecasts, and annual reviews
  • Prepare additional cyclical and ad hoc financial reports and analyses as required by client and Execaire
  • Review and issue monthly aircraft billing and charter billings, ensuring accuracy, proper alignment with budget, and justification of major discrepancies
  • Act proactively with clients and internal departmental teams when discrepancies are likely to affect the budget

 

Requirements

  • Educational Level: University Degree
  • Specialties/Major Subjects: University degree in finance, administration, commerce, or related field
  • Type of Work Experience: Experience in a customer service / account management role, with a proven track record for managing multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Years of Experience in Industry: 5 years + relevant experience Aviation (asset)
  • Additional Skills: Ability to work strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to review and analyze financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
