What is the opportunity?
You will lead and manage Infra. project execution, currency roadmap, Infra regulatory requirements architecture for the QTS – Global Research Technology group, focusing on strategic, foundational, and transformational projects and any risk associated to the Application environment. You will manage relationships with the Capital Markets Global Research Management, IT partners (QTS), Business SMEs with a focus on agile program delivery and the associated budget across the program. The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities across cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope, and budget.
What will you do?
- Determine and define program roadmap, governance, projects scope and objectives, KRIs, and KPIs.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements; Track program costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed program and project schedules and work/delivery plans
- Provide program/project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, risks, dependencies, and progress
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire program execution; Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure program/project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Effective facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies and events including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in computer science
- Minimum of 3 years working as a Scrum Master; Recognized Scrum Master Certification i.e. CSM
- 5+ years of minimum experience as Program/Project Manager
- Customer & Client focused; Innovative / entrepreneurial
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting stakeholder expectations
- A continuous improvement mindset to drive improvements to the process and team performance
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word; Proficiency with project tracking and planning applications (like JIRA, Confluence, Mural)

- Experience leading cross functional team/projects in delivering a multiyear transformational program.
