What is the opportunity?

As a Competitive Hire Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Competitive Hire teams to deliver a seamless transition experience. You will be the ‘go-to’ person that supports the Competitive Hire support team through their post account opening steps, including servicing the client and play a key role in the training of new associates.

This is a hybrid role that will consist of working 2 days in branch with teams located in your area and 3 days virtual, supporting teams located outside of your local urban area

What will you do?

  • Provide training for Post Account Opening steps (examples include: Book Cost updates, Online Setup, Householding)
  • Engage in Application training for teams
  • Provide “Just-in-Time” training for reactive client requests (examples include: EFT requests, Registered Account Contributions/Withdrawals, Reporting)
  • Complete reporting to track progress of onboards
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure post account opening tasks are completed
  • Act as general resource on procedures and policies
  • Completing feedback entry as needed

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Understanding of Wealth Management Canada business and culture
  • Experience with Wealth Management Canada applications
  • Wealth Management Canada administrative experience
  • Experience providing training

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong commitment to client service excellence

The expected salary range for the above position is $70,000 – $80,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment.
